35 years ago, my wife Lynn, and I graduated from Duquesne University with a Business Degree and found corporate jobs in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industry with great salaries and matching 401Ks for about a year. We were setting the world on fire until the recession hit and we were both downsized.
Gap in the Market
I decided to start a cleaning company seeing the huge gap in the home services industry catering to busy working couples like ourselves. Every time I searched for a cleaning company to help take the burden of household chores off our plate, I only got voicemails and no one ever called me back. I was stunned at the low level of customer service.

As I dug deeper into why there was such horrible service in the Pittsburgh cleaning industry, I found that one of the big issues was companies being so desperate for employees that they hired them without doing criminal background checks which allowed shady people with theft and drug backgrounds into customer's homes to steal jewelry and drugs.

Robert 'Casey' Reynolds
Casey has been a Pittsburgh business owner in the local residential home service industry for over 42 years. Prior to Affordable Maids®, he started in the painting industry as the owner of Reynolds Painting and Refinishing. Casey graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration majoring in Management. He and his wife Lynn have been married for over 39 years. He enjoys reading biographies and is also active in his church where he has attended for over 40 years.
Marketing Director
Lynn Reynolds
Lynn has worked for over 39 years in the residential home services industry in customer relations and marketing. She graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing. Lynn and Casey have been married for over 39 years. On her off time, she enjoys reading and writing books and spending time with Casey and her beloved golden retriever Scooby and their 3 rescue cats.
Operations Manager
Sue Sonafelt
Sue has over 43 years of management experience. She was a District Manager and Trainer of 20 Burger King's with hundreds of employees for over 20 years. She received several awards including Manager of the Year and Top Restaurant Performer. When not working she volunteers at her church. She also enjoys spending time with her family especially her beloved grandkids Max and Elsie.

Sarah Lawrence
Sarah has over 30 years of Management experience in the hospitality industry where she won 4 Marriott Hotel of the Year Awards. Managing people has always come naturally to Sarah. She uses her 30 years of management experience to mold our cleaning associates into efficient high-quality teams. On her off time, she enjoys rowing and spending time with her husband of 22 years, son, and 2 dogs.

Bethanne Richards
Bethanne has been in customer relations and management for over 23 years. She started in the service industry where she learned customer service skills and attention to detail. On her off time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband swimming, and camping.

Jeannie Koshir
Jeannie has over 46 years of accounting experience in the residential service industry. She will bring her problem-solving skills coupled with her human resource certification to help organize and groom the field and office staff for excellence. On her off time Jeannie enjoys being a pastor's wife for over 46 years, volunteering at her church and spending time with her 3 children, 2 grandchildren and 3 grand pets.
Office Manager
Kim Rodman
Kim has over 17 years of experience in customer service and office management. She loves the fast-paced tempo of the service industry, always learning new things and then working hard to perfect them. This job challenges her every day and she loves it! On her off time, she enjoys volunteering at her church singing in the choir, spending time with her husband of 13 years, and English Setter Lucy her beloved dog.

Grace Josephs
Grace has over 30 years of experience in customer relations. Prior to Affordable Maids® she worked in the banking industry as a teller, quickly moved up to a management position, and found her passion in the Customer Relations field. When Grace is not working, she enjoys traveling, volunteering at her church and spending time with her three grandchildren.
