HONEST
🌟 One girl in our Baldwin office found a very expensive wedding ring wedged in a customer's armchair while she was vacuuming. This ring had previously been missing for 12 years. The customer was so appreciative since the ring had sentimental value.
CARING
🌟 One customer in Highland Park had a cat not doing so well & had been in and out of vet appointments. The Butler team could tell the cat wasn't going to make it so they called the customer. She ended up coming home to be with her kitty in her final hours.
🌟 One customer, in Plum, had some health issues limiting his physical ability. He called one day because he was over the moon with the job one of our Greensburg gals did. He had bought new bedding for his bed, and put it in his bedroom figuring when he was physically up to it, he would put his new bedding on. He never said anything to the girls (forgot he even put the bag of bedding in his room). After they left, he went to his room and they had set his bed up for him with the new bedding and all. He was so over the moon! Something so small to us —was something wonderful to him. He was so thankful and surprised.
PET FRIENDLY
🌟 A customer called in to rave about one of our girls in our Baldwin office. He said what a wonderful job the team did cleaning his home. He had placed his large Golden Retriever outside (in the cold) due to the maids being in the home. When she saw the dog outside, she asked if she could let him in. It was cold outside and that she didn't mind because she had 3 large fur babies at home. She let his dog in and gave the dog all kinds of love and started talking to him about her dogs. By the time she left the home, the customer had given her special treats for her to try out on her dogs when she got home.
🌟 I have had a wonderful experience with Affordable Maids. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I still think they are the best possible maid service in the city of Pittsburgh. I have a dog who they treat like one of their own when they are here. I never feel uncomfortable having my dog near them when they are working and they do not feel uncomfortable having a dog in the house. I highly recommend Affordable Maids for their outstanding effort every single time they are here!

GOES THE EXTRA MILE
🌟 Another customer in Upper St Clair had a grape stuck under a drawer in her fridge that she could not get out herself. One of our Baldwin team members went out of her way to get this grape out of her fridge. (l know this one sounds silly, but the customer called in a $100 tip after the fact because she was so grateful)
🌟 There was a customer in Moon Twp. who was very particular. The girls in Ellwood City knew it and went so far as to alphabetize her spice rack with love and care!
